Support

Kriya is built by one person. That person answers the email and the phone, so you're never routed through a ticket queue to reach someone who can actually fix it.

What to send so we can fix it fast

Please never send us a password or an OTP. We will never ask for one — we don't have passwords in our system at all.

Common questions

How do I turn Kriya on?

Open the Kriya app → Home → My Keyboard. It walks you through the two Android steps: enable Kriya in system settings, then switch to it from the input picker.

Does the keyboard work without internet?

Yes, entirely. Typing, autocorrect, languages, emoji and themes are all on-device. Only the AI agent needs a connection.

How many free AI actions do I get?

10 every day, refilling at midnight IST. They follow your account, not your device, so reinstalling doesn't reset them.

What does Premium include?

1,000 AI actions a month, no daily cap, connected apps (Gmail, Calendar, Notion, Zoom, Slack) and premium themes — ₹99/month or ₹999/year. See billing details.

Can Kriya see my passwords?

No. In password and OTP fields Kriya disables the Kriya Bar, the agent, clipboard features and learning before anything renders — it becomes a plain offline keyboard. Details in the Privacy Policy §5.

Will the agent send an email or book a meeting without asking?

Never. Every external write waits for your explicit Confirm tap, showing the exact content first. And nothing is auto-inserted either — you tap Insert, you send it yourself.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Profile → Privacy & data → Download my data. One JSON file, immediately.

How do I delete my account?

In under a minute, from inside the app — full steps here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Through Google Play or your UPI mandate, depending on how you paid — steps for both.
