WearMe AI ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered virtual fashion platform that lets you see how clothing, footwear, accessories and complete outfits look on your own body before you buy. Core features include AI Virtual Try-On, AI Fashion Studio, AI Photo Enhancement, Shopping-Link Import and a personal Digital Wardrobe.
This Privacy Policy applies to the WearMe AI mobile application (the "App") and explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services:
Account & identity information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo (via Google Sign-In) to create and secure your account.
Photos & images you provide
To power virtual try-on, AI Fashion Studio and photo enhancement, you upload photos of yourself and images of clothing — uploaded from your gallery, captured in-store, or imported from a shopping link. These images are processed to generate your requested results.
Generated content & wardrobe
The looks you generate and the garments you extract are stored in your personal wardrobe so you can revisit and reuse them.
Purchase information
When you buy credits, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase confirmation token and order ID to grant your credits — we never receive or store your full payment card details.
Device & app logs
We collect anonymised diagnostics, crash reports and basic usage data to keep the App stable and secure and to improve our features. These logs do not include your images or personally identifiable content.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and grant secure access to your account.
- To generate virtual try-on images, AI photoshoots and enhanced photos you request.
- To create and manage your account, wardrobe and credit balance.
- To process and deliver purchases made through Google Play.
- To send you relevant notifications (e.g. generation results, credit and account updates), where enabled.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide customer support.
- To improve the App using anonymised usage analytics.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating WearMe AI, and we do not sell your personal data.
3. AI Processing
The images you upload are sent securely to trusted AI providers — including Google's Gemini image-generation models — to produce your requested results. Your photos are used only to generate the output you asked for and to operate the App's features. We do not sell your images, and they are not used to build advertising profiles.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Google Firebase / Google LLC — for authentication (Firebase Authentication), database storage (Cloud Firestore), file storage (Firebase Cloud Storage), serverless processing (Cloud Functions) and messaging. Subject to Firebase's Privacy & Security terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google AI (Gemini) — for AI image generation and enhancement, as described above.
- Google Play Billing — to process in-app purchases of credits.
- Legal authorities — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and platform.
All data is stored on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication via Google Sign-In — we never store passwords.
- All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS, and data at rest is encrypted on Google's infrastructure.
- Firebase Security Rules restrict access to your data so that only your own account can read it.
- Your credit balance is managed on secure servers (Cloud Functions) and cannot be altered by the client, protecting against tampering.
While we implement industry best practices, no system is 100% secure. Please keep your Google account credentials safe and do not share access to your device.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App via Profile → Delete My Account. When you request deletion, your account is removed from the App immediately and your data is moved to a secured, restricted archive that is permanently and irreversibly erased after a 30-day grace period. Anonymised diagnostic logs may be retained for up to 12 months. For full details, see our Delete Account page.
7. Children's Privacy
WearMe AI is intended for users aged 13 and above (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate account information.
- Delete your account and associated data (in-app, or by contacting us).
- Withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the App and deleting your account.

9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies:
- Firebase Privacy & Security — Google LLC (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Messaging).
- Google Privacy Policy — Google Sign-In & Google AI (Gemini).
- Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
