WearMe AI — Account & Data Deletion
At WearMe AI we believe you should always be in control of your data. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how account deletion works, what is removed, and what is kept temporarily before it is permanently erased.
Why account deletion is available
Your privacy is yours. Whether you're taking a break or simply want a fresh start, WearMe AI gives you a clear, self-serve way to delete your account and personal data — no emails or waiting required to get started.
How to delete your account from inside the app
- Open the WearMe AI app and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete My Account.
- Read the confirmation dialog carefully, then tap Delete Account to confirm.
- Your account is immediately scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.
This action cannot be undone
Once the 30-day grace period passes, your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
What data is deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:
- Your account profile (name, email and profile photo).
- Your digital wardrobe — all extracted outfits and saved garments.
- All generated looks (virtual try-ons, AI Studio photos and enhanced photos).
- Your credit balance and transaction history.
- Uploaded photos and images stored in your account.
What data is retained temporarily (30 days)
When you request deletion, your account data is moved to a secured, restricted archive and your active account is removed from the app immediately. This archived copy is kept for 30 days for security, fraud prevention and legal-compliance purposes, and to allow recovery in case the request was made in error.
When permanent deletion occurs
- Day 0 — RequestYou confirm deletion in the app. Your account is removed from WearMe AI and you're signed out immediately.
- Days 1–30 — Grace periodYour data is held in a secured archive, inaccessible from the app.
- Day 30 — Permanent deletionYour archived data is permanently and irreversibly erased.
Note on purchases
Credits are non-refundable and any remaining credit balance is forfeited on deletion. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law or by Google Play.
